Cancellation Policy
There will not be make-up lessons or tuition refunds given for lessons cancelled by the student. If the teacher must cancel a lesson outside of predetermined holidays, a make-up lesson, extended lesson times, or a tuition refund will be arranged.
If students are sick, but are well enough to play from home, a FaceTime or Zoom lesson will take place instead.
Termination Policy
At least a month’s notice is required before pulling out of lessons. If a student cancels lessons in the middle of a month, the remainder of that month’s tuition will not be refunded. Failure to follow other policies listed above may also result in dismissal from the studio without monetary reimbursement.
